Wellbeing Wednesday - 20th August

A warm welcome and huge thank you to all who attended our first two ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’ sessions today at Study United.

During the sessions we practised breathing techniques, created breathing buddies, stress balls, journals, positive affirmation key rings…. and so much more. We also took a leisurely walk round the stadium, focusing on our senses and what we could see, hear, feel, smell and taste. A few fun yoga moves brought our sessions to an end with our flexible friend Sarah

We look forward to next week, sharing ways to maintain positive mental health and wellbeing!
