Wellbeing Wednesday - 27th August

Today we have hosted our final Wellbeing Wednesdays of the Summer.

We have been busy learning breathing techniques and making breathing buddies to support this. We also created our own journals and motivational keyrings, plus lots more.

Thankyou to everyone who attended, it was lovely to meet you all. We hope you have learnt some new skills and techniques in caring for your mental health and wellbeing

The winner of the hamper was Cadence who will be collecting her prize tomorrow. Congratulations Cadence
