Good evening everyone and welcome back to The Attis Arena for this Enterprise National League match.
A warm welcome is extended to supporters, players, directors and personnel of The Lambs. We hope that it will be an entertaining game and that the Iron are celebrating a victory come the final whistle. As this is the last home match before Christmas, everyone here at Study United would like to wish you and your families a happy, safe and peaceful Christmas holiday.
Run With It programme
Pupils from The Grange Primary School stepped right into the action in the Scunthorpe United shop last session. They compared the cost of kits and accessories, made smart budgeting choices, and even negotiated a few “special offers.” Watching them link maths to something they love brought out real confidence and curiosity.
The best part? Their excitement. Learners compared deals, budgeted for their favourite items and helped each other work through tricky amounts—all while chatting about their favourite merchandise.
Activities like this show students that maths isn’t just numbers on a page—it’s a skill they use every day. Proud of their teamwork, focus and confidence! 👏
The Grange Primary School are currently accessing a Run With It supported extended learning programme at The Attis Arena, delivered by staff from The Iron Foundation and Study United.
Dads Together
We had a great time at our November Dads Together group, lots of fun was had making Christmas cards, leaf hedgehogs, coding BBC:Microbits and much more. We had three new Dads join us too, which was great! Our final session for 2025 took place this morning with lots of Christmas activities, food and a visit from Santa!
The first group of 2026 will be on the 3rd January before the Iron’s Sutton match. We have two sessions available, 09:30-11:00 and 11:30-13:00. It’s free to attend and you don’t need to book. We look forward to seeing you there.
